"Poor. My account was no longer active, despite getting emails from them very often and the fact that I had paid for an upgraded account through July 2012. I got a special one hour price reduction on the purse that did not show up in the purchase because of the gyrations I had to go through to re-establish my account. I thought I had placed the order but it didn't show up associated with my newly re-established account so I assumed it didn't go through.
