I was emailed a return UPS label and told that when the item is received, I would get a credit. I explained that I do not want a credit, I want the item I ordered in the correct size. I was told that would be put in the paperwork to headquarters but the representive could not guarantee that I will get it. I shipped the item back and I am waiting for the outcome."

"The deals are unquestionably good to great on SB - assuming they have what you want and then only if you have the time and patience to spend hours searching for it. Since the site has changed management, search criteria have been reduced from gender, size, style, color, etc. to only gender and brand name for most items, resulting in having to search through thousands of items in the hope of locating, for instance, a pair of size 27 straight leg jeans, never mind 1000 thread count cotton sheets in Queen size. (The closest you can come for jeans now is women's denim, and the thousands of results will still include many men's and non-denim items.) My frustration level reached the point that, where I once shopped on this site for everything and spent thousands every year on clothes, handbags, shoes, bedding, and so on, I've bought two watches for my son in the year since it changed hands. Mildly put, I do not enjoy shopping on SB anymore. They could have the world's greatest deals, but what good is that if you have to spend hours trying to find what you need, and then it turns out they don't? Also, based on the two watches I did purchase, the details given on a particular item's page for it, such as they are, are just as likely as not to be inaccurate, even important considerations such as bracelet length and size of the face. It's simply not worth the endless frustration inevitably encountered on this site unless you need a high-priced gift that is greatly discounted, and then only if you know what brand you want and it's a gender specific item, like "men's watches" by Swiss Legend, which reduces your search results to only several hundred items, many of which still won't be men's, or even watches. And considering the details provided will not be entirely accurate, be prepared to return whatever you get. Oh, and they have this bar on top that makes it sound like you can "activate" better prices on a brand by clicking it. Don't bother. If you were looking for specific watches, all of a sudden, you'll be looking at innumerable watches, pens, belts, shoes, you name it, and they're not even better prices. I guess they're laboring under the mistaken notion that, by throwing a million things at you to search through, you'll be distracted from your original intent and thus more likely to buy something. In my case, I'm more likely to just close the window and put an end to wasting my time."

I ordered a watch on an "hour" sale (because it was a great deal), got a reciept and record send to confirm the transactionand was emailed a week later that the "shipment had been cancelled as requested" which was NOT true. When I called customer service, a rep told me it had been "auto cancelled" and he could do nothing but "email upper management" who would "contact me." Well, guess what - nothing. No return call or email. No explanation. And certainly no offer to complete my order. The only thing the rep offered up was that it could have been a "computer glitch," meaning, I assume, that someone at SB keyed in the wrong price. Like that's MY problem? All I know is that I was sold a product at a price, got a confirmation, and then had it pulled out from under me. Super disappointed, and flabbergasted by the arrogance of this supposedly "reputable" business. Buyer beware."
"SmartBargainscom used to have a user-friendly website, with tons of decent products at very good prices. Since they were bought out by a watch company earlier this year (2012), their website is difficult to maneuver, impossible to filter, the prices are high (avg discount is 8%), and they sell mostly watches that you can get discounted on countless other websites (no one believes those suggested retail prices, do they?). Customer service is a joke - long wait times and lots of attitude. I don't think SB will survive too much longer - too much competition that does the job better."
