"I will NEVER order from Smartbargains again!! I used to love ordering but this company has gone down hill. I order a $32. dog bag. They sent me the wrong bag. I tried contacting by e-mail since the time difference and I Was working 10 hour days at the time. I never got a response regarding shipping methods. Finally I decided to just pay the shipping cheapest possible was $12.99 USPS. Well the refund I received was, $26.00 They said I didn't return the item in time. Well sorry I was going to pay $20 for shipping. My refund with the shipping should have been $44.98. Now I am out $18.98 due to their wrong doing. I'll never recommend SB nor will I ever order from you again. BTW, I called this morning and was hold 20 min before someone answered she couldn't help so she said she was going to transfer me to someone else I was on hold for another 15 min. when the call hung up! I called back and have been on hold another 20 min!! Still waiting! so much for world class customer service they advertise on their website."

"Ordered two identical premium watches. Both arrived in a timely manner as promised; however, one was in an original manufacturer box and the other looked like it had been stuffed in a leftover box that had been laying around unused. Same company and logo, but not nearly as nice. Since one was a gift, I was able to give the nicer box to my friend. Although I was disappointed with the packaging, I was very happy with the watches and will consider ordering from SmartBargains.com again."

Second, I was required to obtain a Return for Inspection number if I wanted to return my item (which I did), but was not provided with a phone number to call on the invoice, I was told I had to send an e-mail to recieve the (RFI). Finally, I have yet to recieve a response to my e-mail request for an RFI, which has further delayed my ability to return the item."
