"Received the beautiful stainless pan for my husband. He was thrilled and excited to try it out. After sitting and reading ALL the information on his new pan, he proceded to following the 'prep' instructions. After only one use, the inside is badly, and I do mean badly, stained. He expected this pan to last him many years since his others have.
I've never ordered cookware from SmartBargains, but have ordered many things for my home and I have to say, this is the first disappointment I've had.

I have used this method in the past on orders from SmartBargains. Recently I attempted to purchase 2 dog beds. Your fraud department refused to process the order. I replaced the order using my other US card. Again, the fraud department refused processing.
Because of this, I will NEVER shop SmartBargins again.
