I live in an apartment building on the 3rd floor. My package was keft at the entrance door on 5/16/2012 and I did not receive it. UPS told me that their instruction from the shipper was to leave the package at the door. I have always bought merchandize from Smartbargains and always received my package. WHY IS THE SHIPPER INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE A PACKAGE AT THE ENTRANCE DOOR OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING? THIS MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. I NEED MY MONEY REFUNDED. I can be reached at ***-***-****.

"They advertise with a big banner on the top of their website "FREE SHIPPING" on any domestic order. They do not or they did not give me free shipping and the part that got me is they do not show that you are being charged for shipping until after you enter your credit card and hit purchase! Beware, I was charged $24.98 for shipping 4 watches. If you don't give free shipping don't advertise it!!!! I left for a trip on 5-12 -2012 so not sure if order has arrived yet or not so cannot comment on that. I did call customer service regarding shipping and she was very rude to me. Forgot to ask for her name, but wish I had. Will not order from Smart Bargains again!!!!!"
