"I placed an order about two weeks ago, but the order status shows it has not leave the warehouse yet. I just called today in the morning and they placed me on hold for over twenty minutes. I do not want to leave a negative review here, but this situation has never happened to me when I ordered from other websites."

Website was easy to navigate, prices are good but a little disappointed on how long it took to hear from smart bargains regarding my order. "ordered a watch on 5/27. It's been 4 days and the status is processing. called in this morning, waited more than 10 mins to talk to a live person. the csr was rude. was told the so-called same day shipping guarantee not applied to my situation and my order will be shipped on 6/4 or 6/5. I decided to cancel my order, which left my on hold for another 5 mins."
