"Placed an order on Dec 15 for a "In stock - Ready to ship" pair of sunglasses for a Christmas present. The website had a big banner at the top "Order before Dec 19 and receive before Christmas!!". Got the order confirmation email, but did not get a shipping notice. When I followed up with them, they advised that the stock was confirmed and shipping by the supplier was scheduled for Jan 18. Ultimately cancelled the order but it was too late to order from another online retailer. Had to go to a local store and paid a premium to have the sunglasses before Christmas. Will NEVER shop at SmartBuyGlasses.com!!"

" Beyond ridiculous! I ordered a pair of glasses with lenses. when i received them they had no lenses in them! Who orders glasses with no lenses. When i called the lady was very confused how it happened. she told me that they should at least have demo lenses in them, they had nothing. She told me to send pictures of everything in the package. I had to pay for return shipping. I was told to send a receipt and i would be reimbursed. These glasses were bought to replace broken ones. It took 1 month to get them correctly. I still have not been reimbursed nor been told any kind of estimated time. When i got an email saying that they were delayed I was extremely upset! I asked about my shipping reimbursement and asked what they were going to do to make up for this horrible experience. I got an email back estimating the time until delivery, but she completely ignored my other questions. Then when I got the glasses an email saying "Hope you enjoy" like there was no problems. I've been in customer service for a long time and this is not the way to treat a customer when they have a bad experience. I will not use them again and I will not recommend them to anyone else. If i were you steer clear of them. Go with someone else!"

"I have ordered 2 pair of sunglasses from india. One of them is persol and the other one is superdry. They shipped the superdry one but i havent received it got stuck in some state. When i track my status of my order it says the persol one has been backordered. I mean common i haven't been notified before and if this was the case they shouldn't have charged me at first. Now i am emailing them everyday but nobody is bothered to even reply my email. I think this company is fake and trying to make money like this. Please never ever buy from this website. Fraud alert. Worst customer service and now i have to deal with them to get my money back. I have spent over 140$ and in return i am getting nothing but headaches."

"Originally I went to Lenscrafters and saw a frame that I loved. Out of curiosity I Googled the frame number and this company came up. After I read the reviews I decided that it was worth saving$100 to give it a try. The glasses came within two weeks and they are absolutely perfect. I will be buying from them again. The only downside is that they do not accept insurance."
