"The website is easy to move around in and offers a lot of information. Ordering is easy however the order tracking is terrible, to the point that I was wondering if I'd been scammed. The SmaryBuyGlasses staff were good about responding to my inquiries but could not provide any real information on the shipping which, for awhile, made me more suspicious as did the foreign shipping tracking website I was sent to through a portal in SmartBuyGlasses system, but could not find on my own on the web. So much time with no information led me to look into canceling the payment I'd made through my credit card however, the package arrived at my house, in fine condition and the glasses I'd ordered were exactly as I expected and despite the confidence draining shipping process, I am very happy, both with SmartBuyGlasses and my purchase."

"Took over a month to get my glasses and when I received them they had the wrong prescription in them, I called and they said send them back and we will replace them so I did and then I receive an email saying the glasses i just sent back were out of stock and it would be about another 3-4 weeks for them to get back in stock. so I just asked for my money back. Customer service was good but they didn't want to do anything for me just willing to refund my money."
