"Ordered 2 pairs of eyeglasses recently. I created a profile which included my Prescription, however when I placed my order I still had to manually enter my prescription for each pair being ordered. They didn't make this step very clear and as such one of the pairs ordered sat stagnant and wasn't fulfilled until I called in to ask about status. You'd think linking the order to your profile would be a no-brainer. The other thing that was noteworthy is that the wrong color of one of the pairs was shipped. While this annoyed me at first, I decided that since this company ships out of Hong Kong it would be too much hassle to get the correct color. Despite the above 2 issues I still am generally satisfied since the pricing was a big savings over my local eye doctor (even with insurance) and these are the real glass frames and not knock-off reproductions. Lastly the prescriptions were correct for both pairs of glasses which is the most important part anyway."
