"Insteon is pretty good stuff. It's a little expensive, so 50% off is a terrific deal. I ordered about $1K worth of Insteon. However, I did not receive everything - fortunately, the least expensive item in my list - 6pcs of mini remote wall mounting brackets. $35 retail value, but only $17 sale value. Not worth hassling them. I am otherwise pleased with my purchase and a little disappointed that their pick quality control is a little short."

"The Insteon KPLs (Keypad Lincs) have well known chronic issues emanating from faulty design.
I have replaced new fewer than 15 of them over the past 8 years. Read up on them before you buy... they are defective at the design level. I have had a few other switches fail but nothing like the tragedy of the KPLs. Arggghhhh."
