complain. we are seeking to return a second one, get our money refund and contact BBB. Parts ordered was wrong, one time they failed to order, current order received came broke. Called today, and they did not like my frustration.
If we return the cycle, we have to pay SH. I would

"Customer service personnel have been awesome to deal with: friendly and no hassles. Love the cycle. My disappointment is in having 2 new cycles that had to be returned for broken belts. Now on my 3rd cycle which is pre-owned. So far nothing has broken, but it is very noisy compared to the new model. I'm hoping this cycle lasts."

"The bike seems just fine. My problem was with delivery. It was shipped on September 24, but I didn't receive it until October 6. I believe the problem was at the PO here but it was irritating to have to try to track the bike down at my local post offices when it was sitting there all along. It was quite easy to assemble and your assembly instructions were impressive."
