Unfortunately, their cheap shipping is done through the USPS, and the box they sent it in was pretty dinged up by the time I got it. "I purchased a Chilli Professional ATX case from this site. It took OVER a month for me to actually receive my case even though I was charged the FIRST DAY I placed the order. Most of my emails were never answered. I had to actually call them to get any customer service. I am still waiting for my email to be answered and it has been over a week now. I didn't even receive all the parts that came with the case. I was told by the owner, Robert, that he would look for this part but has NEVER gotten back to me. I paid good money for this case but am VERY dissatisfied with the service from this seller. I cannot recommend purchasing from this site because of my experience."

You can't ask for any more from a company. Every email I have sent them has been answered no MORE than 30 minutes later. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH.

Their products and services are all always very competitively priced, if not the lowest around, and they don't pad shipping charges. A very nice plus.

Another thing I liked about them is the fact that they have most everything in stock, and plenty of them, unlike some companies.

"I just got my first order from So-Trick and am really glad I chose them.
I emailed the owner with a question about a products' description and he answered me within a few hours. Then, a few days later, I placed my order for a Lian Li case, Pioneer DVD and an Alpha HSF late on Friday. I got a confirmation email from So-Trick right away, and on Monday afternoon got shipping notification from UPS with an ETA and a tracking number which I never had to use because my package arrived on the day it was supposed to.
The DVD and HSF were wrapped in tons of bubblewrap and secured inside the Lian Li case which was then put back in it's original box with even more bubblewrap around it, I now have like 20 feet of bubblewrap! :)
My order was complete, correct, on time, undamaged, at a very good price and with personal attention even, it doesn't get any better. I highly recommend this company."

"I ordered several components from So-Trick on the 21st. I was waiting for another item to come in stock and emailed the owner asking weather i should wait and order all the components at once, or go ahead and order some now. He quickly replied and helpfully told me it'd add no more then 50 cents to my order.

Additionally, when the last item came in stock later then expected, he bumped my shipping from 3 days to 2, at his own expense.
