My only complaint is that I sent an email to the owner asking for a tracking number not thinking to check the spam-catcher email I use for ordering for the tracking number. "I placed an order with So-Trick being a member of the [H]ard Forum. My order went through without a hitch (one of my first online purchases) I spoke with Robert to specify the placement of a hole I needed cut it was no problem and he sounded like a nice guy. I was informed that the case i ordered was a harder item to get ahold of so I waited no problem. I emailed Robert about how my order was going he promptly replied and tol me it was A-OK and would be out soon. Sure enough tonight my case shows up and its a beauty packaging was perfect opened the box and saw not one problem with the case what so ever.....I must say the damn is sweet as hell :)

I ordered on Saturday, I got the package via Priority Mail on MONDAY!?! OVERNIGHT, are you kidding me?
Thats going from California to Ohio, not like I was the next state away. VERY impressive. Can't complain, once again So-Trick comes through for me."

"Contacted Robert via email for a replacment front bezel for my Lian Li PC30.
He checked availability and said he could get one for $38 shipped.
I paypaled him the money in August 2002. A couple weeks later with no contact I emailed him again asking about my orders status. He replied it was on order from Taiwan with no firm ETA. Unable to find another source for the bezel I waited, with emails approximately every month. Email response was slow and mails often went unanswered.
Eventually I mailed him saying I wanted a refund and he gave me a firm ETA of Dec 15. That date came and went with no contact or bezel. I then emailed him 2 more times demanding a refund, neither email was retunred. Finally in early February he replied to one of my emails and refunded me my money via paypal...Almost 6 months after my order and with several unanswered emails.
I trusted so-trick since I was a member of HardOCP case mod community when he launched the store and I honestly hoped he would do well.
Unfortunately after seeing how they deal with their customers I can't reccomend anyone else buy from them."

"AMAZING! i order on friday morning.....and lo and behold theres that magic knock on my door SATURDAY afternoon! KILLER its my stuff, i was once again FLOORED by the speed of shipping. there was ONE little problem this time one of the LED fans was the incorrect size,so i call and not only am i greeted warmly the error was corrected almost instantly even BETTER the new correct size fan arrived 2 days later in perfect shape!HOW DO THEY DO IT? im not sure but im a hooked customer."

"No communication regarding shipping. No tracking number sent via email. When I called for the tracking number, I was told that it was 'lost'. Robert, the owner, told me that he would look into it and email me with an update. 24 hours later, still nothing. However, he did get back to me and explained what the situation was and why it took so long to get back to me. Prices are some of the best that I found. Bottom line, communications regarding shipping could stand for improvement but overall a good company to deal with. "

"After searching the web, for about a week. Found that the case (Chieftec X-Pider Aluminum w/420 PS) I was looking for was hard to find. When I found some sites, that had it. I Checked resellerratings.com found URL in Computer Shopper. The other sites were not rated here, or had bad rating, and were over priced.
Placed the order 10 Jan 2003, and it was shipped the same day. It arrived on 15 Jan 2003. Very pleased with order. Will buy from them again in the future.
