I ordered two ThermalTake XaserII Aluminum cases and some rounded CoolerMaster U100 cables. Everything was packed well and survived transit with no damage.

One of the problems I ran into was during the Airborne Express problem, that it didnt show up as an option in the checkout section. A quick email got that resolved. I was informed that they were working on the problem and that it should be resolved later that evening. I could wait until then and place the order, or I could order it right then and they would refund me the difference in shipping. BTW, this was on a Saturday at around 7:30 PST. I was blown away that I got a response within an hour. I was expecting to go without a response till Monday, being the weekend and all.

I broke a switch on the case in my transition and called Robert and he gave me a good price on a replacement part and mailed it out quickly.
