"We slept on these pillows in a nice place and liked them so much that we ordered a pair.
There are several problems including their customer service is horrible! You can't even talk to a supervisor so that should tell you a lot about their company.
Issues :
1. Pillows were on backorder with no ETA. However after inquiring a couple weeks later, they were shipped in just a couple of days. Their mfg date code was 5/2023 & 5/2024, ONE year apart!
2. Pillows received are much softer than what we had slept on before.
3. One of the two pillows was A LOT softer than the other one! I could put my hand around one completely and touch my finger to my thumb! I could only get within a couple of inches of touching when grabbing the other pillow!
4. I contacted customer service and I was told that I ordered different pillows than what we slept on before! I double checked and confirmed with the place we had stayed before and it was the same model pillow.
Bottom line, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, just lip service, such as they are going to escalate the discrepancy of their records about the pillow type on their records and the place we stayed. I was also told there are discrepancies from one pillow to the other of the same type!
I wasted $50 shipping (both ways) and a lot of my time trying to get satisfaction! RUN from SobelWestex!"
"We stayed in a hotel that used this company's linen and we were impressed enough to purchase for our air b&b units. Number One, the shipping cost for $19.99 order was $17! Number Two, the linen was so inferior in quality that you could practically see through the "100% cotton" wash cloths and everything else just looked CHEAP! (I guess that's what you should expect when you go for the "sale") Rather than pay for packaging and return shipping (which is ridiculous) , we decided to donate the order to a shelter. A lesson learned. We will never order from this company again. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!"

"The bait and switch pricing online website orders is terrible. The work from home customer service employees transfer the call to ‘outer space’ knowing no one is going to answer. The only department I could reach with a live person was ACCOUNTING which could not answer a RETAIL question. Do not even attempt to order these so called hotel quality pillows. Customer service terrible. Can’t even post a review without signing into an account ."
"I purchased a comforter and it was NOT described properly, the fabric was not good and so we decided to return it. They delayed responding to our email. We had to follow up. Then they gave us an address and told us to return it to them. $42 to ship this big A$$ comforter back to them only to find out it's on my dime! Reply was "Hello, once we receive the package you will be refunded for the item but not the shipping back to us. It is listed on our site what our return policy is and weve actually found that many companies now require the customer to pay to return the items. Im sorry youre disappointed but that is our policy" and I copied and pasted this! This is what you have to deal with! I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again!

I also provided two pictures of the tag.
The CS Rep emailed "Unfortunately, those numbers do not help identify the pillow..." yet that pillow has a sku of SKU: PWSHN2026
So why is she telling me that the sku is not helpful?...
Purchased from Amazon instead so if the pillow is the wrong one, I can return without paying $16 shipping to purchase and $16 to return."
"I stayed at an Orlando resort for a few nights where I fell in love with the Sobel pillow. the pillow was so smooth and comfortable I fail the need to order one for myself. The shipping and price were very fast and affordable, however, the product itself is very disappointing. The pillow I slept on at the hotel was soft and easy on the back/neck, the one I received is not only extremely uncomfortable, but I also woke up with a massive headache the next day. I am not sure if the manufacture producing one type of product for their commercial customers and one for residential because, based on my experience with both products, I can honestly say the one I received for my house is not even close to the same level of comfort as the one I tried at the hotel.
Unfortunately, the seller does not provide free shipping on return so I'm pretty stack with this piece of garbage product which I have no use for except to use for my dog. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company because I don't believe they invested as much time and resources in their residential line for their big corporate/commercial clients.

After just three nights, my neck strain and headaches went away and I was sleeping more soundly. I'm mostly a back sleeper and the Sobella is perfect in every way. Firm support yet the ability to cradle your head. Not heavy or hot like memory foam. Doesn't bounce around either like cheap pillows that are over filled tend to do.
