"I first went to easeus.com to purchase a yearly subscription for disc copy. After I paid for it I was told to supply proof of identity before they would give me an activation code. I told them I wouldn't as it looks like a scam and demanded my money back, which they did.i then went to software depot and although it costs AU$10 more, I was issued the activation code in minutes.
Basically, I m prepared to pay a bit extra for a fast and professional service that your company offered."

"Ordered for MacBook Air that is running 12.7.6 and can't be upgraded. Read that Office 2021 was compatible. Ordered and received code within 1/2 hour. Download successful but installation failed. I emailed tech support. Very quickly they sent me a link for a build that was compatible with Monterey. All finished fine. My error for not reading the instructions completely and thanks to Software Deport tech support team. Couldn't be happier. "

I was given opportunity to cancel order to which you replied I would see the credit in 10-14 days---although it only took minutes to put the charge on my account.
