"I had bought a download of Outlook 2016 to help repair the one that was corrupted on my Windows 7 PC.
Daniel was assigned to me in the Chat room and he went above and beyond what I would have expected as his help went beyond sleuthing out why I could not install the download. He stayed with me as long as it took to get the software up and running.
There should be more customer service reps like Daniel, and I hope it is representative of the people working for Software Depot.

"It wasn't easy for all of us, but the tech support guys kept going. I guess it matters whether you use Mac or Windows to download and open the app. On my last computer, I had a version of Home and Student that was labelled PC/Mac so it probably was less of an issue. It also seemed that the Microsoft pre installed Office was getting in the way, but your tech guys persisted, and prevailed, and it is much appreciated."

"The serial key for our Office 2021 Pro+ does not activate the software. Not only did we not get what we paid for, but we lost the previous versions of Office that had to be uninstalled to prepare for the new version. No one responds to our repeated requests for help, but we are inundated with Software Depot email promotions. There is still time for you to make things right, but currently we feel abandoned, cheated and ignored."

I had a problem with the download I paid for and made a number of approaches to see if the problem could be resolved. Not a single response did I receive. I eventually solved the problem myself, but I should add that I was inundated with e-mails asking me how was my shopping experience. I received four emails in the space of a couple of minutes.
Apart from that, everything was fine."
