INstall new Microsoft Office
"Remote software support using Zoho Assist gave technician access to new laptop and he uninstalled old Office and installed new Office Pro. Not really comfortable giving access but it probably saved time and patience on his part dealing with a non-techie.

"I recently purchased Office Suite for my MacBook Air. Unfortunately, my MacBook was painfully outdated, and the 2024 version of Office Suite was not compatible. Not a bad think, as it forced me to upgrade to a new MacBook Air. I realized that I was unable to download my purchased Office Suite on my new MacBook, because I had already attempted to download it on my old MacBook. I emailed Software Depot's customer service, and Daniel responded within minutes, informing me that he had restored my ability to download Office Suite onto my new MacBook. I was completely blown away by how quickly he responded, especially on a Saturday! Thank you Daniel, and thank you Software Depot! You just gained a customer for life!"
