"I purchased Microsoft Office for Mac Home and Student 2011. I entered the key and downloaded the program, however, now it wants the key every time you try to use the program. The links they provide in their emails for help do not work, nor does the chat on their website. I wish I had seen the posts in the Microsoft community forum about avoiding this company before I purchased the software."

"Not informed to look in email for discount codes. Not informed of currency used in purchase until purchase made. Keys were not quickly available for purchased software as promised.
Software Depot did quickly give a discount for the inconveniences experienced, and delivered the software key within 24 hours as opposed to the promised up to 48 hours.
When I migrated files to the new MBP (just now, March 28, 2025), I found out that I was given a "365" subscription instead of the "permanent license" I paid for. Very .Very disappointed. I expect immediate remedy!"
