"I had my Windows 10 installed, plus a few storage items put away, and Eric was so terrific and great at his knowledge with Software, that it went off very good with hardly no problems, he cured instantly.

When I was wanting to install the Microsoft Office and didn't know why I was having problems, the fix-it person accurately gave me the information that I needed to install the product. Perhaps why I didn't give Software Depot 5 stars, was that I felt they were going over the top to be extra nice and generous. "I’ve often thought the true measure of a company is how they deal with issues when something doesn’t work. My experience with Software Depot is they have your back when you have problems.
I bought some software and didn’t get around to installing it for 4-5 months and when I did the license key didn’t work.
I contacted support via email, and I got a quick response. The response was helpful and no blame was directed my way. After a few emails back and forth new licence keys were issued and I was on my way.
I’d happily buy software off them again…

However access to downloading the software (including registration) on the Microsoft site was obscure, not intuitive and not expected at least for this user. "I work at a funeral directors in Somerville and needed to make a memorial card for printing of 100 the following day.
I'd been mucking around with an old MS version that constantly crashed, and I purchased MS Office from Software Depot in August 2023, but it wasn't until November that I finally bit the bullet; I uninstalled the current MS program then loaded Software Depot's product. Ahhh there was an issue after I loading it - "Not today. I have no time to reload my old MS Office version and get this card ready!!"
I took a screenshot (as per the instructions provided) and emailed it to Paul at Software depot. Paul advised me of the next step to take then requested another screen shot once it was done. All in all - within 15 mins Paul had fixed the issue and I was able to produce the memorial card on Publisher. 100 were printed the next morning and the the family was so happy.
