I received a separate email with the download link and instructions on how to install the software, however with Windows 10, I wasn't able to "Mount" the image file with a right click of the mouse. I had to use "Open with" Windows Explorer to get the installation going."

"I purchased WinX Ripper Platinum and installed on wrong laptop (that did not have DVD drive). I then contacted helpdesk and was advised to uninstall and re-install on correct laptop. I did as instructed and re-installed on correct laptop but CANNOT access the programme as the key I was given, when entered comes up as incorrect. I also see that the formula for the key suggested with the new download DOES NOT MATCH THE KEY I HAVE. I have tried numerous times to get the helpdesk to solve the problem with the key but keep getting the same suggestion to download the programme and re-install - no acknowledgement being made of my query about the key not working. Very frustrated as this has gone on for two weeks. I wish someone would listen or give me my money back as I cannot use my purchased software."
