"unfortunately I run iMac computers and I downloaded the program for Windows computers, unfortunately the information as to which system (Mac or Windows) the application is for is to low and does not show up until I got further down the page, but I had already entered all my information, downloaded the application and opened it.
When I called the next day I was told that since I had already downloaded and opened the program nothing could be done.
Better luck next time.

"My Windows PC was running a corrupted and deficient Windows 10 Enterprise platform, I rely on computer communications, the Windows operating system was not functioning and I was in trouble.
I ordered online from SoftwareDepot the current Windows 10 Pro operating system.
The purchase price was totally reasonable and there were SoftwareDepot emails acknowledging the order pending email delivery of the Windows 10 Pro operating system.
The SoftwareDepot email with attached Windows 10 Pro file was received about 15 minutes after order and the attachment downloaded.
I did not follow SoftwareDepot instructions about partitioning my computer's harddrive for USB media but simply opened the Windows 10 Pro file and ran the program.
The successful result was instant, the corrupted earlier Windows system file was deleted and my computer's operating system is again fully functional.
This is the best save ever."
