"Poor customer service. Managed by AI and automation emails. Disingenuous support for legitimate human beings who call. They wanted my personal bank statement to prove I was real, not once but twice. Useless and downright scrappy. Microsoft gold partners seem to be everywhere these days, where is the standards gone? Apparently they have no issue giving a refund after a purchase if you do not comply with providing your bank statement because the system tells them too. What a load of twaddle. Be vigilant and wary, pay $20 more and head to office works for the physical purchase. "
