" I am an older lady, who struggles with the constant changing of the tech world! As I only needed Outlook and Word for my new laptop, I searched for how to buy these without the need for a full Office program subscription. I found SoftwareKeep. They had an online chat and the advisor was so helpful in advising me which programs to purchase.
Once purchased the email with keycodes and directions arrived within 25 minutes.
Having tried to follow the instructions the codes did not work. I worried I had made a mistake, BUT I shouldn't have done! I emailed the company with the problems and was advised to arrange a remote chat. I did and they called me 100% on time, sadly after two attempts, the line was inaudible and I was advised to do the installation through the online chat box. I did and my advisor was DANIEL, oh my goodness what an exceptional person he is! He immediately offered to call me and the line was clear! He remotely worked on my PC, recognised the problems with the codes and used different ones. Daniel went above and beyond....helping me to get my Yahoo email account up and running in Outlook as it was posing so many problems that without him I could never have achieved....he is a marvel!
I would highly recommend this company, for their aftercare, but the first emailed codes might not work. Be rest assured they will sort it out. To Daniel, once again the hugest thank you."
