"Ordered Visio 2010 Pro CD. I received a product key but no disk. They included a promo code for $20 off my next order. After calling customer service I was informed there was an inventory outage on this product, so they shipped me the key so I could download the software from MS and activate. Although I specifically wanted physical media, the promo code is for more than a physical disk would cost from MS, so I am somewhat satisfied. My only gripe is I have to buy something else from Softwaremedia to offset the cost of the physical CD. A credit to my card would have been preferable."
