"Summary: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU EXPECT THE REAL AUTHENTIC SOFTWARE. I was hesitant to order the adobe creative suite CS5 from the softwaremedia.com site because of their low price. However, after chatting with them and asking if this is the full retail, legit authentic software in the entire packaging with manuals, they told it is. So, i placed the order. Once i received the package i was very dissapointed! I did not receive what i ordered. Instead, they shipped me some lose CD's of older CS4 with an upgrade version to the CS5. Their excuse was that they were "out of stock" of the full CS5. However the website did not say "out of stock". Guys, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS SITE. The low price has a catch. If you are looking to get the real authentic retail package you will be dissapointed. Their package didnt even include manuals. It's an embarassment to their company for providing such service and they should be closed for not being honest with people! "

"SHADY! Do not buy from this company. We, too, got an educational software pack and an upgrade. We aren't qualified to buy educational software. That is why their prices are so low. I'm sure we could probably get away with using the product, but I'm not willing to take that chance. They were also quite rude on the phone. Before I bought the software, I chatted online and asked, "Is this software educational or an upgrade." And was told, "No, it's not education and it's not an upgrade." It was actually both. They sent us an educational package and an upgrade and we had to upgrade. THAT IS FRAUD. We're informing the attorney general in their state and Adobe, who manufactured the software we bought.
