AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I called in for a warranty part and didn’t have my entire serial number, my product wasn’t registered. Customer service rep Adam Broom gave me his personal number for me to text him the barcode off of my treadmill and he scanned it to get my entire serial number so that my treadmill motor would be covered under warranty. He went out of his way, and I was very appreciative. I hope the rest of the reps are as nice as he was to me. Thanks again Adam!!

Customer service

"I had an issue with my Sole elliptical and spoke with Shane Ford at spiritfitness and Rachel, at Sole to attempt to resolve it. Although my issue wasn't covered under warranty, they went above and beyond to try to help me. They actually initiated a 3 way call between us to resolve this issue. Although the end result was not in my favor, they attempted to help as much as possible, including initiating a conference call between the 3 of us clarify my warranty. The customer service they exhibited was excellent! "

Disappointed dicks customer

"Bought a new sole f63 treadmill on 7-7-24. It was the second one I've had. The first one lasted over 13 yrs and used 4 days every week. The new one, after all the work getting other one out and putting together a new one, wouldn't work. Called dicks sporting goods in Bristol TN and they were were no less than disgusted with the treatment we got. I called sole customer service and Shelly gave us a light at the end of this nightmare. She ordered the part after listening to what the TM was doing, she knew what it prob was and advised us she would get a repairman out to us and fix with no charge. Please deal with this dicks store, they are selling your brand but there is such a thing as a defective product at times and we should have been treated like that instead of saying we needed to pay because we could have torn it up. Get the store to watch the kid who brought it out to our truck on camera outside front of store and they can see how he handled getting it off the dolly. Please get this and watch please. You need to know what is happening with a good brand treadmill. 2 thumbs up for Shelly for her demeanor and attitude with a very disappointed customer. Thanks Sharon Davis"

Sole F63

"We were hearing a noise coming from our Sole F63 treadmill motor. Called Sole's customer service and spoke with Adam Broom who was very helpful. After sending a video of the noise to Adam Broom he was able to arrange shipping us a replacement motor on order number 776922-1 along with videos to help with installation. We look forward to getting our treadmill back up and running."
