"I have had to call for support for my treadmill (SOLE F63) a handful of times over the last year and a half. This time I called and Shelly Lindsey answered the phone. I have not had customer service like that and not speaking badly about anyone who helped me in the past BUT Shelly was excellent. From the moment we got on the phone, we talked about the issues, I sent videos and pictures....She NEVER left me hanging or forgot about me (Which has happened in the past) She was very patient, detailed, friendly, and kind and worked to resolve the issue. "I bought this elliptical in September. It came with great reviews, so I went with it. It started making a clicking noise in April. Filed a claim on the warranty and was contacted by Adam. After a phone conversation and several e-mails, He had my parts ordered and a work order put in with our local repair company. A little concerned that the flywheel is already crapping out. Expected a little better for the price. Adam B., the tech support person, is awesome. You guys need a whole group of guys like him. Also, the technician from Wilson's Triad Fitness was awesome. He was here on time and took less than an hour to do the repair. He also gave me advice on maintenance that i could do on my elliptical. Overall good experience, the only gripe was that i was without my ellpitical for several weeks. "
"I was having a very frustrating time as my TT8 touchscreen was acting like someone was touching it. It was going through the menu on its own and when watching media was fast forwarding and rewinding and minimizing and maximizing on its own. After a brief troubleshooting session he realized the answer was the screen was malfunctioning. He ordered me a new part. Thank you Steven for ending my trouble with the TT8. That being said, I do love the machine and use it everyday. Thanks again Sole for outstanding customer service. "

"Recently in February of 2024, my treadmill belt failed. I called Sole Fitness and related my issue to Shelly. She was understanding and immediately initiated a warranty claim. However, the technician who was assigned the repair failed to contact me or keep the scheduled repair appointment resulting in over a one-month delay in fixing my treadmill. A second technician was re assigned and he did a great job repairing my treadmill. Shelly was great in keeping me informed throughout this entire process. She is knowledgeable and is customer orientated. She is an asset to Sole Fitness and I extend ;my thanks for her assistance and help in resolving this issue. "
