"We had an issue with the ellipticals right arm upon installation. Shelly at Sole’s customer service was very pleasant and helpful with troubleshooting. She sent out a replacement part and scheduled a tech within 10 minutes of our call. I hope my E35 works as good as Shelly! "

An amazing experience with getting treadmill support.

"I have two sole treadmills to encourage my family to work out together. Both treadmills have separate issues going on and Khristian was able to get involved with the warranty process and be direct and communicate with what she needed in a amazing time frame. I'm very happy with my experience with her and the company that they were able to get the parts needed shipped out to me.

New treadmill F65 missing parts

"When I called the day of receiving my treadmill I noticed parts missing. I called customer service and talked to Viola G who did an amazing job of finding the parts I needed and submitted the request. She also immediately responded to my emails with a email response or a follow up phone call.
I wish all manufacturers had people in customer service like Viola.

Sole, they really do work to support their customers!!!

"My Sole F63 deck failed after 6 years of use. The deck was cracking and I wondered what Sole could do for me.

I reached out to Sole using their warranty webpage and was greeted within hours by Khristian Leigh by email. His writing was articulate, easy to understand, and responses timely. There were several email exchanges requiring more information and photos but each time, Khristian responded within a few short hours.

Unfortunately, my 6-year old deck had surpassed warranty coverage but Khristian made sure I had the information I needed to place an order directly with him or the parts team by phone. Note, you want to contact Sole directly. According to Sole, they do not sell parts online, you have to call them. Why? The online parts sellers charge about 2x what Sole directly charges so I was even more pleasantly surprised that 1) parts were available and 2) the cost was about 1/2 what online resellers were advertising. Shipping was exceptionally reasonable too given the size of the deck.

For Khristian's benefit and proof of interaction, my Order Invoice# is 751159-1 and support ticket number is 134168.

Give them a call! I'm sure they can help you.

Excellent service and support

"My Sole treadmill stopped working properly back in July. I ended up communicating primarily with Paige on their team to identify the issue and get it resolved. There were some delays that were out of her control because replacement parts were on back order. But with each exchange, over several months, she was responsive, committed to solving my problem and willing to go the extra mile. She helped me find local service providers to install replacement parts and intervened when another colleague refused to honor the warranty. She also made sure I understood what they could help with, what I was responsible for covering and how I could expect to receive updates. Paige also remembered our conversations and my issue when we spoke. I appreciate all the help she provided!"
