"Bought a new Sole F-80 yesterday from ****'s Sporting Goods. Assembly was easy and straight forward. First run today started at 5 mph for warm up. The treadmill ran at over 10 mph by my estimation. Checked the internet for my model but mine was built in 3Q2023 and nothing applied to my model. Dreaded call to Sole Treadmills was first met with a recording. No one there until 8 am central time. Called back and got a representative Shelly L. who walked us through the recalibration. Easy, simple and worked. Excellent experience. Thank You."

"We have a Sole 80, it is a nice treadmill and serves our purpose. While doing the recurring preventative maintenance I noticed that the deck had micro fractures. I call the technical support number and spoke with Adam in Service. One, the system that got me to Adam was succinct and not overly burdensome. Two, both Adam and his colleague, Katelyn, were great. They listened to my concerns, were helpful, asked good questions and took actions to help take steps to resolve our issues. Very good experience. Nice to speak with helpful, professional people. I feel like we made the right decision in purchasing a Sole product. Service matters! Good service separates from the others, and Sole has good Service. Thank you Adam."
