This machine is well out of production -- the serial numbers aren't even in the system anymore. Yet Viola found the manual for me to try to figure out what was going on with it. I still don't have the treadmill up and running yet, but she helped me figure out some things it could be and a possible course of action to get it fixed.

"My wife was using our Sole treadmill when all of a sudden it stopped and she noticed smoking coming from the motor area. I contacted support via website. I had a quick response. Khristian, the support specialist, contacted me via email within several hours and requested some additional information. I sent photos of the motor and board with an explanation of what I saw. Within several hours she responded and informed me our motor and board were covered under warranty and would be shipped out to us ASAP. She also explained our warranty for service work was expired but I could contact Sole and get a listing of qualified service repair personnel whom I could hire to complete the work. She also stated I could do the work myself and contact a service person and they would walk me through replacing the motor and board.
This is absolutely outstanding follow-up by Sole support. I am extremely impressed with Khristian and Sole Fitness. Thank you very much from a pleased and happy customer.
