Best customer service ever.

"And I recently called customer service to register my R 92 and explain about an issue I was having with the monitor. I was very fortunate to have been connected quickly to Shelly. She proceeded to register my R 92, and then listen carefully to my issues and very quickly resolved it by sending out a new monitor and having a technician scheduled to come and install it, once it arrives The way this was handled was exceptional. She has to be commended for her courteousness and excellent ability to handle my situation, efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend this company and their products and their customer service.

Great Warranty Service

"I had a problem with my Sole E25 that is still under warranty. I contacted support and worked with Khristian, who quickly addressed my problem and provided me with replacement parts. The best thing is there was no down time. It is understandable that a machine like an elliptical with so many moving parts may encounter problems, I just appreciate that Sole addressed resolved it so quickly"

Great Customer Service

"I was having some issues with my touch screen f85 treadmill and Shelly L. and Kurtis were able to help me out. I've taken the console apart with Shelly and Kurtis's help trying to figure out the issue. Shelly had sent me some documents a week or so go to help me out but something was going on with the display itself. They'll be sending out a new console in a few days and I'll be back rocking and rolling on the Sole. Thanks again to the Sole team, specifically a big thanks to Shelly L. and Kurtis!!!!"
