"Ordered item online during a sale on a Monday night December 7th (Christmas Gift) and got an email on Saturday night December 12th that they were sold out and the order was cancelled. Should have been notified way sooner in my opinion. "

"I purchased 3 bras on sale, 36D (my normal Soma size) during this pandemic. After 61 days of not wearing a bra I tried the sale bras on. Too small & too late to be returned. I'm guessing the sale bras were 2nds because the bras I purchased at regular price still fit beautifully. Sorry, I'll have to think twice before I purchase another Soma Bra."
"I made a big order and chose priority delivery to arrive before Christmas, and it was scheduled to arrive on Dec 23rd, IT DIDN’T! and never arrived, when I track the package, It never arrived to USPS, When i contacted them via email after Christmas, they refunded the money and didn’t solve the problem, that i still need the items, I kept sending them but no one replied back since then, so they don’t reply through emails nor the live chat customer support is working, I’m not sure what customer support you are offering your customers, This was by far the WORST NO SUPPORT Experience I have EVER had, No more shopping at Soma!"

"The online ordering has not gone well. It's taking a reeeeally long time and the 3 items I needed for (or before) Christmas are now on backorder. I wish I had known that when I placed the order.
UPDATE 1/2/21: My order was placed 12/1/2020 and at that time, nothing was listed as backordered. Seven days later,, email notice of partial order shipped and first notice of backordered items. Then nothing until 1/2/21 when partial order delivered and still nothing regarding backordered items which were to have been our family Christmas PJs. :-( "

"Ordered my purchase on December 22,2020 with 2 day shipping, today is January 1,2021 with no sign of purchase. Checked with USPS on Wednesday via computer, package has not reached postal service yet. Checked my credit card account and to no surprise it was charged day I purchased items. I called customer service and was told that it had already shipped and should be at my house in 8 days. I bought items knowing they would not make it to my house for Christmas( stocking stuff ) so no big deal but lie about 2 day shipping - it’s on my confirmation- they will be receiving items back if they ever show up"
