Had to contact customer service three separate times to get an offer for a refund or to have the items re-shipped a month and a half later. Because of that, most of items were out of stock. This was a terrible experience and while I understand issues with delivery times, several other orders from other businesses have been placed during this time frame and none had issues like this."

"I have bought two of the same Signature Lace Perfect Coverage Racerback Bras, one black and one ****. The first time I wore the **** one, unwashed, the wore pushed through and was poking me mid-day. I emailed Soma, was told to take to store or mail in and get another, mail would take longer. I went to store, manager very quickly replaced the bra and was friendly. I put new bra on, unwashed, and the same thing, midday wire poking me in the opposite cup at the same spot. I haven’t made the return, due to COVID and our local SOMA being in the mall. It’s just very frustrating. I really have enjoyed all of the pjs I have purchased, that is where the three stars come from, not so much the bras. Also would be nice on a racer back bra if the clasps were in the front. "
"Ordered one item. Even though it was near the holidays, a pandemic, and busy, one item shouldn’t have taken so long to get to me. The fit was bad, and nowhere near what I expected. Sizing on bras should be consistent. This was appalling. Terribly disappointed. Will never shop with Soma again. "
