"If I didn't ABSOLUTELY hate returning purchases and the process I would. I bought a new $50+ bra wanting it to be my everyday bra to replace Victoria Secret as I am worried they are going to go out of business. I do have sensitive skin to materials especially in a bra and this doesn't irritate my skin but it is NOT soft or comfortable to wear. The shape is all wrong and the support is in all the wrong places. I bought OVERPRICED pj set as I love looking cute, modest and not HOT at night. These are literally marketed as cooling and woke up so hot I thought I was going to puke. I have sense spent $120 at Victoria secret on the bras I know fit, are soft and actually support.
I am 120 pounds, 5'3" and wear 34 D-34DD and ordered Medium for pj's. FIT SUCKED!"

"I ordered pajamas on Soma's website. I asked to do a curbside pickup. I received a confirmation that my order was placed. I never received an email saying that my order was ready to be picked up. It turns out that Soma was out of the item that I ordered. However, their website (online ordering system) is not capable of sending the customer (me) a notification that the item was unavailable. I had to call the store to investigate. The salesperson explained that their system works this way. Soma takes orders that it cannot fulfill, and then it does not communicate to the buyer that the item is unavailable. This should be fixed. "

I hope that we are able to resolve this matter without having to risk anyone's health with Covid-19. I received my order of undergarments #570292539 and proceeded to wear one pair in hopes of finding my new favorite. Your company no longer manufactures my beloved style brief. Enclosed you will find a photo of the brief at noon on the very first day of wear. I felt something flickering on my side and upon going to the ladies room I find the brief unraveling. I do not wear them tight, as it is a pet peeve of mine, nor did I abuse the product.
Since my schedule and Covid mall schedule are conflicting, I am unable to make a return or exchange with their tight schedule. If you would like I can return the product (I will launder them prior to returning) and exchange for a non defective pair, or should I just return all to be safe that this is not a product manufacturing issue? Please let me know how Soma would like to handle the above situation.

That box came and had sticky stuff on the legs as well. You customer service people are not trained well. I sent all three boxes of **** back weeks ago and only got credit for one box? Terribly slow at getting credited back on **** I never wore. I will no longer use Soma b/c of all of this."

Unfortunately I just wanted to exchange the bra and customer service insisted I purchase a new one instead of exchanging and they would refund the one I send back.
