"The sleepwear I purchased was hideous. The sizing was off and didn’t accentuate my body in the least bit. Among some of the sleepwear I purchased was a night gown and it was so long and super unflattering. The biggest issue I had was returning the items. I took my items to my local Soma and they couldn’t refund me because all items were shipped separately. Bizarre! Now I’m gonna be stuck with this horrendous clothing. This was the first and last time I will be shopping at this place. "

"I placed an order on December 2nd that has yet to ship. This order contained Christmas gifts... I never imagined I wouldn't receive my order by Christmas. I checked for shipping updates daily and finally called customer service yesterday to inquire about my order. I was told my order was awaiting pickup or it was lost and the customer service representative offered to cancel my order and replace the order with expedited shipping, which did not guarantee Christmas delivery, but I would have it by the end of the week. This sounded promising until the customer service representative informed me that 3 of my items were out of stock so she could not replace my order. Therefore, I am now left waiting for my package that is still in a warehouse 19 days after I placed my order... or it may be lost. This was an incredibly disappointing experience with Soma and I do not foresee shopping with Soma in the future. I know it is close to the holiday season and Covid-19 is disrupting shipping times, but the solutions I received from the customer service representative were unacceptable. "
"I placed an order online and received an email confirmation telling me that my items are in “preshipment” stage. Meaning they hadn’t been received by USPS yet. I placed the order on Nov 30, the “preshipment” notification came on Dec 11th. When I called on Friday (12/18), a sales associate gave me a definition of “preshipment”: the package will be passed on to USPS within 48 hours. I said, “it’s been in preshipment for a week so I’m finding this hard to believe.” She said she didn’t have any additional information but was pretty sure that they would be sent on Monday. No offer to leave a note on my record. Not comment on the lack of shipping progress in over 3 weeks. I don’t believe that I will receive my items. I expect to make a claim about lost items and get my money back. "
