"Yet again Soma cancelled an order I placed for store pickup and never notified me. I had to call and email customer service to find out what was going on because the store couldn’t tell me I guess? I had another item to be shipped that went with that item and they wouldn’t let me cancel that even though it wasn’t ready to be shipped yet. This has happened several times so I’m not sure I will be back. At the very least notify customers of cancelled orders!"

"When I decided to stop wearing underwire, I searched everywhere for wireless bras with good support. Soma’s wireless Enbliss bras are now my go-to. The website is easy to navigate and online ordering is a good experience. I had to take off a star because every time I visit in-store, the associates aren’t very inviting. They don’t swarm as soon as you walk in the door, which I really appreciate, but they don’t even acknowledge you. I don’t want to interrupt them if they are helping a customer so a quick “Hi, I’ll be right with you” would go a long way."
