"My online orders were not handled professionally
My first series of orders were cancelled with no reason given
I was directed to customer care
The lady who handled my issue was very polite however the shipping process was chaotic.. Out of 41 items ordered I received only one even though billed all 41
It took another week to inform me that the other 40 items were to be delivered piecemeal"

I did Live Chat after a couple weeks and the rep said it was being sent "soon" and I would get an email - nope. To check status online they want you to register - why would I given the service? I will not be shopping with them again. "
