"I purchased a Kobe Bryant autographed jersey to try and hold on to a piece of history of one of my favorite basketball players. After they accepted my money my order was cancelled with no reason given what so ever. When i contacted the company they explained that due to the nature of the situation they had to cancel my order. My guy tells me that they will relist this item in a month or so and 5 times the price. I dunno, but this rubs me the wrong way and rather than just flat out saying that they told me they are trying to honor his legacy.... to me it feels like they are taking advantage of the situation."

"I bought a Patrick Kane jersey for a birthday present & it was damaged on the way to the warehouse. I never got an email explaining that it was damaged or given the option of being refunded or wait for a replacement. Talked to several different people that worked there. Was told they would phone me or email me on several occasions, which they never did. Finally got tired of waiting for a replacement & just wanted a refund. Called & was told they had to check with the warehouse & then I would be refunded. 2 weeks later, still no refund. Called again & was told a certain person would follow up with the refund. Still nothing. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get my money back. No one working there knows how to follow up with anything or keep you updated on the status of your order when they were the ones that caused the inconvenience. Last time I shop there."
