"I had an issue with my original order being lost in transit. I called customer service and got Daniel. In short, he was AMAZING!!! He offered to send a replacement item immediately at no additional charge to me. Unfortunately, the item I purchased was no longer available so he sent the same item in a different color. There was a price difference but it was waived. Once the replacement shipped, he CALLED me to let me know it was on its way. He then CALLED again to let me know he saw that it had been received. Fed Ex was the one who lost the package and their rep was useless. Daniel more than made up for that. He was incredibly helpful and thorough, and is definitely an asset to your company. "
