"Custumer service is very rude, trying to get to someone incharge is impossible. They will always try and shift the blame to another deparment. I placed an order for a few guns cases to help package some rifles when I move. They cancelled my buyers club membership because they felt I purchased to many and had to be a vendor. To me this is insulting when even the sporting goods store has anti gun views towards the customer.The responce I got from the lady on the phone was that no one in this country owns more than 10 rifles. Either way I will never place another order with this company again. When a company in this economy decides they dont want certain peoples money then they deserve to fail that is point blank. They have no idea what it means to a company to lose a customer for life. For an avid shooter that is thousands of dollars a year. Not to mention the word of mouth among other shooters. The prices arent any better than others. Big company's dont have a membership fee, mebership that they can revoke at any given time."
"These guys are great. I have used them for thousands of dollars worth of gun accessory/ammo buying. Always ship fast and shipping is cheap. Prices are great and customer service is a becon of light! They are great! I got one of my packages damaged from them and they told me to just keep the damaged items and they sent me a whole new order. I was able to use some of the stuff even though it had cosmetic issues(the first damaged shipment)Awesome company! Never hesitate to buy from them. "I ordered two Daiwa D-Fish rod/reel combos for my son's birthday. Both items showed as in stock before I ordered. When I checked the order status online the web page showed an expected ship date of 8 May (one day after the order). The site also noted that these items had to be shipped from another warehouse. Shipping was ground 5 - 7 business days. After 5 days I rechecked the order status and it had not changed. So I called customer service, to find out that one item was on back order to mid June! As a result nothing had shipped. Then I asked if they could ship the rod that was not on back order. Well they couldn't tell me when I could expect it. To the customer service reps credit he said one option was to cancel the order, which is what I did. My credit card was not billed. So I did not lose any money, but their website is not reliable and their customer service is not up to scratch and I wasted a lot of time and worst of all no birthday present for my son's birthday. Their prices are low, but beware..."

"SCAM! They get you to sign up for the club for $30. It sounds like a good deal because you get an immediate discount, but THEN they restrict your purchase so that the only thing you can buy is the $30 club membership. The customer service lady laughed at me and said that they restricted the shipment so that they could collect $30 for doing nothing! I am calling my bank as I write this."
"Ordered three 15 round magazines for a marlin 22lr model 795 and they came in a plastic bag with no padding at all. The mags won't fit even after I sanded, filed and lubed them. They appear to be real junk, thin metal, plastic floor plat and follower with a weak spring. If they did fit I don't think the shell would strip off the clip since its pinched too tight. Will return them and see if their 100% customer satisfaction is for real."
"STAY VERY VERY FAR AWAY!!!! This place will charge you more than you agree to pay and ship your item to you at a higher price and charge you for shipping!!! Then they claim that you used a discount that they do not offer to the general public or some BS like that. I had to do a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back. The worst part of the whole thing is that their employees are RUDE and hang up on you and respond very rude via email. I put in a BBB complaint and it was closed for some reason."

Also the item we purchased was a semi-fragile item yet these morons shipped it in an ultra thin plastic bag without ANY padding whatsoever. It was such a thin bag that it wouldn't even be one you'd want to trust to ship documents in!
It arrived with a HOLE in the bag and the item was severely beaten up!
We needed the item and despite being beaten up it was still usable but was obviously damaged. We reluctantly decided to keep the item rather than to bother with shipping it back since we needed it ASAP. I did feel it was only fair that they refund us the ridiculous shipping fee since I didn't think it was fair at all that we pay for them to damage our item.
They would have none of it though, didn't even care that the item arrived damaged and wouldn't even take responsibility for how it was packaged! They said the best they could do would be to offer us a $5 off coupon!
I asked them again a couple of times for a refund of just the shipping fee and they would not do it. I told them that the $5 coupon was a smack in the face because for one thing why would I ever want to order from them again when they ship their items in flimsy ultra thin plastic bags via UPS and even if I did want to risk ordering from them again, the $5 wouldn't even cover their shipping fee that would guarantee my item would arrive damaged again!
They are rude, dishonest, THIEVES!
I can't believe a company as horrible as this is still in business!

On my last order they said item would ship from manufacter, but I still got it within 8 days. That was no problem for me at all, as it was just a tactical flashlight. "Beware! Sportsman's Guide (aka Bargain Outfitters) are selling unsafe merchandise, and will not honor their "100% guarantee".
I bought 6 of their outdoor chairs and three of them collapsed when my guests sat on them. Luckily, no one was badly hurt, but when I called to tell the company about the defective and dangerous chairs, they said they would only honor their refund guarantee if I ship them back at my own cost. I sent photos to show that they were broken, but they will not be swayed - I have to pay to ship back six defective chairs, or they will not honor their own refund policy (which states you can return "for any reason at any time"). They actually told me there was a time limit for defective returns, and I had missed the window.
Aside from them not honoring their stated guarantee (which I obviously feel is a fraudulent sales claim), they do not seem to care that the chairs are dangerous for outside use. They do NOT withstand the elements, and someone could have gotten badly injured! Apparently they're willing to take their chances on a future lawsuit, because the chairs are still readily available on their website.
While their prices seem like bargains, buyers should be aware that there may be costs that simply aren't worth the savings."
