"My frustration is that while you can scoop from my account very quickly, but because I choose to use my checking account to pay and not my debit card the amount of time for a refund. My frustration is with the company not the representative who did an excellent job with someone who was not going to be satisfied."

"I think giving someone 5 days before cut-off is ridiculous. If you got a negative response from me there is a reason. You need to give more time for someone to deal with this. What if I was out of town (like the week before) and came back to no electricity? I hope to see some improvements with your company in the near future!!"
