"The company does not appear to be acting in a unified fashion where customer service and payment department have no authority to create a positive customer experience. In fact, it came across like other companies in utilities. Certainly will motivate us to look at the competition now. Their should be communications and procedures in place to ensure this type of customer experience never occurs. When mistakes and errors occur in the company, they should be turned into opportunities to impress their customers, not make them feel unwanted and burdened. Many hours were devoted to this, even after we helped the company. We received another call of termination even after we received an apology from customer service the day before. Most alarming in this digital technology culture for doing business."

"Add an option to cancel payment online. I tried to make a payment and it did not show it went through like times prior. So i tried it again and it showed it did not go through so i gave up and was going to call. Then i just went and looked at my acct and it shows the amounts were taken out twice. So I had to call customer service to get one payment cancelled."
