"Initially your prices were good, and your website was do-able. Now, usually your prices are okay (not great), and your website is better. Over the years, your telephone assistance has improved, because the quality of the people has improved, and their computer screens give them better information. In the past, ordering a disconnect for one address, without fear of getting the wrong address disconnected has been a tedious, frustrating phone call. Your reps couldn't understand the concept of having service at more than one address. You really aren't very landlord friendly, at all. But the rep I got a few days ago was easy to hear and to understand, was very pleasant and wanted very much to be helpful, but he didn't have any authority. He couldn't connect an additional address without photo ID, which would have delayed the process by an estimated 3 to 5 federal business days! If you need my ID on file, contact me now and let's get it done. But don't wait until I need service immediately, then throw up this kind of delay. Besides, after years and years of multiple accounts, why do you need my ID now? Did something go wrong? We have a long-standing business relationship, and this is how you treat me? Communicate with me, please. Tell me why now, tell me why only people with multiple accounts, excellent payment history, and many, many years together. I don't understand why you are pulling such a mean trick on me. Something I budgeted 15 minutes of website time for, ended up taking me over an hour, and a lot of phone calls. That's not a nice thing to spring on a small business owner, who's been with you for years!"
