"I just signed a renewal last of July and them my first bill comes and says I did not renew and they gave me a variable rate month to month. That was the reason me calling back and I got this person who did not want to hear me out just wanted to do a new contract and now he changed my service address to me my billing address so now I have to call back and straiten that out. This guys was full of politeness, but not good and listening to the customer. Will be call back now to get the account set back up like it was. Call 2 times today but tired to waiting on the phone."
