"Experience was not great at all. Why does it take THREE DAYS to submit my online order to Toyota?! Website indicated parts were available and ready in 24-72 hours. I received an order confirmation on Sunday a few moments after placing my online order. Cool, they have my order, just 1-3 days to wait…I received another email Wednesday (day 3), saying my order was received. Yes! Parts are in! We can be a two car household again! I called to confirm this meant the parts were at the dealer. The parts department told me yes, I was billed so that meant the parts had arrived. When my wife was at dealer to pick them up, the online parts department said, “No, they aren’t here - we just placed your order. They will be in tomorrow or the next day at the earliest.“ All this after they did not have all the parts I need, and I have to buy a $250 tensioner assembly because it’s the only way to get a $70 tensioner pulley. Oh - and meanwhile, the OE Toyota part I ordered from Amazon is here today! Extremely disappointed in the dealer experience, the online experience, and Toyota."
