Accept order for fluids but refuse to deliver

"Stephenson Toyota's online ordering system accepts orders for fluids to be delivered, but the company is unwilling to ship them and cancels the orders. This misleads customers and wastes their time. Also, Amazon can ship fluids. Why not Toyota? "

I guess I am not worth your time

"I purchased the OEM Tonneau cover for my new 2024 Tacoma on Aug 6. I was an online purchase and I was immediately given a receipt but never told when to expect the cover to arrive. I ended up calling a week later and they gave a rough date of the cover arriving around the 20th. To my pleasant surprise I received an email stating the cover has arrived early. I immediately went to the dealership to pick it up. I walked to the parts counter and when the gentleman decided to be off his phone, he offered to assist me. He looked up my order and brought the package to the front. He simply just gave me the receipt then said I was good to go. He never offered any assistance in helping me lug this 50 lbs awkward box to my car. I told him, that I purposely selected a pick up at the dealership versus a delivery so I can make sure this will fit my vehicle and I will not have an issues in returning it. He said it's for a 5 foot bed and you should be all good. "Don't damage the box if you want to return it." I had to drag this box as I walked through the sales floor and through service department to get to my truck. I spotted at least 5 other employees looking at me and never stopped to offer any assistance. I had to take a few breaks because the straps were digging in my hands and it was over 90 degrees outside. When I finally got it home, the box said I needed the dealership to print out the directions. I was beyond on frustrated at this point and scoured the internet for the directions rather than calling this dealership. "

No communication to any of my emails.

"August 2024: I placed an order for pickup. I inquired multiple times on status and after 31days without a reply I've requested a refund (again through email). I'll be filing a chargeback through my credit card within a couple days if I don't receive a reply.

A shame really, I've bought thousands of dollars worth of parts from these guys and their service just fell off the cliff. Substituting part numbers without permission (standard cabin filter vs charcoal cabin filter) etc. Also shame on me for thinking things turned around with my recent order.
