"I called Toyota West to place an order with an actual person vs online and they told me they have the part in stock but it will cost me double what the online price says. He said if I want that price I have to order online so I did. Now they are saying they don’t have the part and it needs to be ordered. Toyotas are great but their dealerships have gone down hill. Imagine a great car/truck company with great service behind it. Instead it’s how can we rip you off at every chance we get. Going forward I won’t be using Toyota service or parts departments. I’ll order direct and take the parts to my local mechanic to install. "

"Many diagrams did not seem to be loading; and the parts fitment seemed to be struggling to register (showing “?”). I do like that the keyword search seems to have been improved! Maybe the diagrams never existed in the first place, but my impression while using the pages were they could not load. Many parts results came up with vehicle fitment can’t be determined. And the ones that did fit, took a few seconds for that sentence to update to “exact fit”. "
