"The best parts team in Colorado. "
"I am a massive fan of the parts team! Reece, Bri and Derek are great friends of mine after years of great interaction. Love them!"
"All of the parts people are great. Derek, especially, has taken the time to go above and beyond multiple times when I ordered parts."
"Happy with service and price"
"I placed an order for 2 rear shock , but when the package arrived they only sent me one my order number is T05074000803282. I called today 7/23/24 but when they transferred me to the person that handles the online parts I was sent to voicemail. I left all my information in the voicemail and didn’t receive a call back."
"Order online with great discounts and pick up in store, not hard to do"
"I’ve been emailing you all and called in to ask what items were on hold or back order and causing the delay in shipping. No answer was given over the phone by the representative and I was sent to the call tree voicemail. No reply in over 7 days. "
"I ordered some parts from them. They helped me track down the right part numbers and their price is significantly less than the more local Toyota shop for parts. Definitely recommend them!"
"The order experience was great. I was surprised to have the products delivered so quickly and correctly. "
"On June 14 2024 I ordered a knock sensor wiring sub-harness and received 2 automated emails within 2 days. After a week of receiving no communication from Stevinson I called their parts dept. and was told the part is back ordered and an eta is unavailable.
I called a few days later and got the same story.
On 2 subsequent calls I was told their database was down and would not be available for at least a week. It is now July 1 2024 and I have heard nothing via email, text or phone call."
"- 2 years ago I was told I needed new CV joints, Stevinson West recommended new parts and labor which were paid. Stevinson West did not state in person or on the invoice these would reman. parts., OEM parts would be the reason for utilizing a Toyota Dealership directly as I had been. (this lack of disclosure was confirmed by the service manager in person as well as in writing upon the next visit.)
- 9 Months later the cv's began to fail so went back to Stevinson who only then disclosed the reman. parts and stated they would not use OEM parts as the CVJ brand was preferred due to their lifetime warranty. I was then given the option of CVJ covering parts with me paying an additional $250+ to have them installed a second time.
- Last month I went to have separate work done elsewhere and was told the boots are once again torn. I went to Toyota to have an oil change and have the service dept confirm the CV's were bad- There, the service manager at Toyota West said they are still in good shape while they were both obviously torn, I have photos of this.
Upon reaching out to the service manager to discuss the false observation, I was given an internal memo stating that Stevinson Toyota will no longer offer CVJ parts (the parts originally put on my vehicle without my confirmation and persuaded to continue using upon the 2nd visit) due to their lack of build quality.
I was offered two options, 1. Toyota will cover another set of CVJ parts and labor which they would not recommend to their own customers, and as stated by the service manager, may not even last a month. 2. I pay essentially the same cost I had paid for the original replacement parts 2 years ago which I should have received to begin with.
- After reviewing this with the general manager the rate to put in the correct parts decreased to $500+ meaning at the end of the day I paid well over $2000 total for 2 pairs of bad axles, which Toyota knew was bad and still recommended to me, then eventually for the axles I should have received anyway.
Currently, the issue has still not been resolved as Toyota offered me the lower rates but it has been several days since they followed up with a schedule to receive the parts and resolved the repair. Aside from the parts, being told by the service rep my car was drivable while the parts were clearly broken reflects poorly on customer communication and care let alone the longevity of their own vehicles as the car could have had a major breakdown causing further damage due to false observation."
"Reece could not have been nicer!"
"It was good, had the windows tinted and paint protection film put on in the time they said "
"I ordered parts over a week ago and haven’t heard from them. I sent an email but it was never answered. How do they have a repair shop if parts aren’t delivered."
"My order has been processing for several days with no update "
