"I purchased a canon 580ex II From them I called them up talked to the salesperson and we agreed upon a price and when I received the flash the invoice was for $60 more then we said. I call them up and they denied even saying the price they told me. I disputed with my bank and they swore up and down ever saying the lower price to me. I would never do business with them rip off artists again. As a matter of fact I see they are selling there business domain name and I can see why they will open under another name and rip people using a new name.

I purchased a Canon SX20 because of the listed price. I then received a call informing me that I had to buy a special SD card because of the speed of the camera. Salesman very aggressive and rude. Once I agreed, I discovered that there were no special SD cards required. In addition, I was told that I also would want a battery charger with rechargable batteries. NO TRUE!!! Items sent out 3 weeks after promised but I was told they were on the way, until I finally received a tracking number only after calling to find out where my items were.
Have requested multiple times for order to be canceled and was told I could not cancel the order and got a great deal (spent a lot more than purchasing items on amazon or ebay) I told company rep that I was going to refuse shipment and he told me they were going to charge me 20%. I have requested that my credit card company refund the amount because of unethical practices. I plan on shipping the items back ASAP if they are not what I expect.

This is one company to stay away from because by the time they finish their upsell gimmick you could purchase it cheaper in a quality camera shop, and if you don't order any of the up sell add ons you won't see the device you order. "I found this site and it had the lowest price on the web for the Canon 7D. So I placed an order online, then some fellow called me and wanted to confirm the order, which I thought was nice. Then he started the upsell and I agreed to some of the items. I got the order, the camera and lens, but one of the the lenses was wrong. Looked at the rest of the stuff and it was all off brand when I was assure it was top shelf, PRO stuff to restate his phrase. I was supposed to get an upgraded battery, it was not, supposed to get a flash unit, it did not come with the package. So I found on their site the same thing for almost 1000 bucks less. Called, no answer, sent emails, got back a response that my order was in process, which it is not I already have it. They have not responded so I am going to contact my CC company and discuss this with them. I did not find this site until it was too late. They are bait and switch 1000%, if I were you buy only what you want and dont upgrade anything."

Unfortunately i got ripped off big time. I ordered a Nikon D300s body, and Panasonic HS300, was hoping to get a 80-200 or 70-200 Nikon lense of which neither were available. So he promised me a high end Sigma lens which he pointed out on their web site. That did not arrive and when i called back he pointed me to another lense which was supposed to be a high end lense by his description and the price shown on the web site. The web site showed a price of $899 for the lense which every where else is $209. Worse yet, the lense i got was one i already owned not knowing it was the same as what i already had. I spent almost $4000 for what i could have gotten much cheaper through any retail company. I am not done yet, but the extra small stuff that i received, they claimed were of much higher value and cost than what i would find elsewhere, all not true.
Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY here. Order from Amazon, or B&H or some well known company.

"Found a ridiculous price for Canon SX120 IS on this website. Husband placed the order. Got the confirmation call a few hours later. After 5 minutes of upselling and me refusing, the guy finally said, "Well, it sounds like you should just upgrade from the imported model to the US model." He assured me that information was on the website (it's so vague you don't even notice it) and that the upgrade would be another $50. I immediately cancelled the order, but called back an hour later, talked to another person and asked how I could order the US model. He said I couldn't, that they don't carry them. I confronted him about my previous conversation in which I was urged to upgrade, and he got mad and very rude, asking me why I called back if I had already talked to someone. VERY RUDE and hung up.
As others have said, IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!"
"I ordered a standard cannon 18-55 lens from this company. I received the phone call & they did up the price $10 from $89 to $99. They also tried to sell me a warranty. I told them I had to check if I already had a warranty, so I would call back. When I called back the # kept coming up OUT OF ORDER. So that is when I started looking up info on the company & found this site. I immediately canceled my CC & kept calling them back to make sure they didnt process the order & to see what they would say. Finally the # worked again & I confronted them about all these reviews. I told them the CC was cancelled & I really didnt want to play games. They pretty much swore they had the lens & said sometimes they dont have the items on hand & they cannot deliver....but they said that this was in stock. I told them I would only keep my order if I could pay COD. & They said OK. I was still nervous & I realized I still could have gotten screwed over, but I guess in a way I wanted to see what would happen & being the lens was pretty standard I had some faith. It was cheaper than any other site. I ended up getting the lens, it shipped that day. It fits, works & they actually threw in a lens protector. Unfortunately most people dont see these reviews until after they have a bad experience. But in my case they did the right thing."
"Ordered a 580 EX II from these guys and got the phone call the next morning telling me that the flash was not compatible with my camera bodies. Of course that was to news to me since I own several of them already and about $30,000 worth of Canon Cameras. They insisted that what I needed was the 580 ex II "DG" which was of course several hundred dollars more.
Of course Canon does not make a DG model and in speaking with Canon these guys are not authorized dealers.
When I insisted they ship what I ordered they said they were going to cancel the order (which they did) and hung up. I have recorded the entire conversation and have contacted the AG in New York and NC along with Canon.
I have lots of documentation and plan on using it to the fullest. Companies like this need to be closed "
"I am the lucky one here. I ordered a camera lens on 12/21/2009. I needed it by Christmas so I paid for the expedited shipping. The lens arrived on 12/24/2009. I was not happy with the lens so I contacted them for a return number. The customer service gave me an RMA numer and I returned the lens via priority mail. The full refund was issued within a day of them receiving the lens back."

I only wish I had found this WEB SITE before placing my order. It wasn't until I called Customer Service only to end up talking with the SCUM OF THE EARTH. I called (3) times and each to the people I spoke with was RUDE...

Not only did I cancel my order, I also canceled my CREDIT CARD and got a new one. I didn't want to fight with the Credit Card Company over a large disputed bill that could potentially cost me a lot of money.

"I ordered a lens for my Rebel and they called me on the phone to see if i wanted to upgrade to a better lens-$499.oo on sale for 269.00 i told them that would be fine--they called back and said my credit card did not go through, I told them that i was going to wait to do some reading up on the "new" lens ANDY ext:100 said that would be fine. 30 minutes later i received a conformation # for my order--I called and talked to "CUSTOMER SERVICE" which sounded like the same guy and he said it was to late it had already been shipped and that all i had to do was ship it back,but i would have to pay for the shipping and the 7% cancellation and a 20% refusal fee. I told i called the credit card company and filed a dispute--he said good for me and hung up! bad part was i read the reveiws and still ordered the lens--I GOT F@#*&ed "
